- Acknowledgement targets (not resolution guarantees): Essentials within 2 business days · Core within 1 business day · Premium within 4 business hours.
- Included senior-advisory allocation per month: Essentials up to 4 hours · Core up to 1 business day (8 hours) · Premium up to 2 business days (16 hours).
- Meetings, reviews, reporting and advisory activities count toward the allocation. Unused time does not roll over.
Terms & boundaries
- 12-month initial agreement, billed monthly in advance; thereafter month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice.
- Additional projects are separately scoped and fixed-priced.
- Not a 24/7 SOC, managed detection (MDR) service or emergency incident-response retainer. Emergency assistance is best-effort, subject to availability, authorisation and separate terms.
- Premium penetration testing is an annual allowance, subject to separately agreed scope, written testing authorisation and confirmation of applicable insurance coverage.
